October 1, 2026, at the Royal Ontario Golf Club (6378 Trafalgar Road, Milton, ON L0P 1E0). It's an 18-hole course on a former equestrian farm, with tee blocks for every ability. The program window will be announced.

Early Bird (until October 1): $900 + HST member / $1,100 + HST non-member. Regular (through October 23): $1,000 + HST member / $1,200 + HST non-member.

Yes. Choose the current member or non-member booth rate and complete the managed checkout on the Tabletop registration page. Invoice and cheque requests are handled by the Ontario team.

October 23 is the cutoff for booking and inclusion on the floor map. Later requests may be reviewed and placed after mapped exhibitors.

Yes. Every attendee must register individually. Registration is free through November 1. Get your free attendee pass online. From November 2, admission is $25 + tax for everyone.
